The Administrative Services Division includes the Police & Fire Communications, Records, Property & Evidence, Municipal Court, Court Liaison, Accreditation, Reserve Officer, and Community Service Officer Units.

Special Services
The Special Services Division of the Mt. Juliet Police Department enhances operational effectiveness and public safety through various units. It includes the Training and Development Unit for officer education, the Municipal/Background Investigations Unit for recruitment and thorough vetting, and the Reserve Officer Unit for volunteer support. Additionally, it focuses on staff wellness, provides mental health co-responders for crisis intervention, and manages large city-sponsored events, ensuring safety and community involvement.
