Records & Court Unit

The Mt. Juliet Police Department gathers information during crime prevention, intervention and investigation by completing incident reports. The Records Unit processes reports by data entry into an advanced computer database system. In addition, the records unit is responsible for the city’s citations and court operations.  Records staff responsibilities include data entry of reports and citations, crime analysis report preparation, and submission of statistics to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and for the federal Uniform Crime Report (UCR).

Paying Citations


Citations can be paid online here: Pay My Fine Online or in person at police headquarters.
Note: Citations that are past due cannot be paid online. Those must be paid in-person at police headquarters.

Obtaining a Completed Incident or Crash Report

Reports are available within 3-5 business days after the report is completed.

You may pick up a police report or pay citations in person at the Mt. Juliet Police Headquarters, 1019 Charlie Daniels Pkwy, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122
