Appointment

  • 3 year terms or until a successor is appointed. 
  • The Mayor and each Commissioner shall appoint one person that lives in his/her district. 
  • The appointment shall be confirmed by a majority vote of the Board of Commissioners

Purpose

This Commission shall determine the disposition of complaints of violations against an official of the City of Mt. Juliet.
