Neither the City of Mt. Juliet nor the Mt. Juliet Fire Department has jurisdictional authority over blasting. The State of Tennessee—Department of Commerce and Insurance under the State Fire Marshal's office handles all blasting complaints, regulations, and oversight. Please contact them directly if you have issues inside the city limits of Mt. Juliet.
