NEW SERVICE SIGNUP GUIDELINES
How to signup for new sewer service:
- Download the New Service FORM
- Print and fill out the form
- Have the application notarized.
- You may mail the completed form along with a check for $25.00 to City Hall, Utility Department, 2425 North Mt. Juliet Rd, Mt Juliet TN 37122, or email the complete notarized application to agraves@mtjuliet-tn.gov
