Juliet will have a Public Hearing on Monday, May 10, 2021 at 6:15 p.m. to hear comments on the following item to be considered:  Annex approximately 2.32 acres, property known as The WEMA Station #10 Property, located at 7980 Central Pike, Map 096, Parcel 46.03, and Part of Parcels 046.00 and 21.01 and being located within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary. The public is invited to attend and comment

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Mt. Juliet will have a Public Hearing at 6:15 PM on May 10, 2021 at City Hall on the following items to be considered on 2nd and final reading:

  • Amend Chapter 4 of the Mt. Juliet Code Alcoholic Beverage Law – Concerning ratio of wholesale beer purchases to food sales for on-premise permit holders.
  • Amend the City of Mt. Juliet Land Development Code (Zoning Ordinance) Part B,  Article 8 Overlay Districts, Section 8-201.1 (4) Relation of Planned Unit Development Regulations to general Zoning Subdivision, or other regulations and Article 8.207.1 Minimum size of residential PUD districts.
  • Rezone 12234 Lebanon Road from RS40 to Commercial Retail Center, CRC, Map 053, Parcel 99.00.
  • Annex approximately 2.32 Acres-WEMA Station #10, 7980 Central Pike, Map 96, Parcels 46.04 and part of 021.02 and 046.00 located in the city’s Urban Growth Boundary.
