A food truck is defined as a licensed, motorized vehicle that makes and/or serves food. A food truck has on board power, refrigeration, food preparation facilities, and room for at least two employees.
We will consider approving trailers that hitch to a licensed motorized vehicle, as long as they also provide on board power, refrigeration, food preparation facilities, and room for at least two employees.
We will only approve food trucks and food trailers that fit the above definition.
If a food truck is approved to be in our parks you may only be in the parks during designated times and locations.
