PUBLIC NOTICE

The Board of Commissioners of the City of Mt. Juliet will have a Public Hearing on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:15 p.m. to hear comments on the following item to be considered: Amend City Codes Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages Section 4-62 On-Premises Consumption Beer Permit; issuance requirements by adding “E” and “F”, regarding ratio requirements for new restaurants.   The public is invited to attend and comment.

Juliet will have a Public Hearing on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 6:15 p.m. to hear comments on the following item to be considered:  Rezone approximately 0.737 acres of land known as the Whipple property and located at 100 Falkner Ln and as described herein from Residential (RS40) to Residential (RS30), being Map 054, Parcel 177.08.   • Amend the City of Mt. Juliet City Code, Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages, Section 4-62 – On Premises Consumption Beer Permit; Issuance Requirements by adding “E” and “F”, (allowance for new businesses).
